ADVANTAGE 5: ERAC Online Resource Database Bundle
What does $1.00 buy these days? It gets you access to the ERAC Online Database Bundle and savings galore for school districts. At one dollar per FTE, participating schools and Districts are allowed unlimited access to an extensive EBSCO collection, World Book's Complete Reference Centre, 14 Gale-Cengage products and Legaleze. New components this year include Gale-Cengage's "Global Issues in Context" and EBSCO's "Canadian Points of View". ADVANTAGE 6: Renew Your Provincial Microsoft Licensing (PML) Agreement!
Keep an eye on your email Inbox for the annual invitation to renew or join the ERAC Microsoft Provincial Licensing (PML) Agreement! Current participants in the PML agreement can renew the same products they licensed last year or take this opportunity to upgrade. ERAC member Districts and independent schools that have not previously participated in the PML agreement have the opportunity to opt in to the program for the new license year which starts April 1, 2011. Look for the renewal notice this week and send in your Notice of Intent as soon as possible! For information on the Microsoft PML Agreement, click here.
ADVANTAGE 7: SMART 2011 Pricing in Effect Now
The newly established ERAC agreement with SMART Technologies provides members with preferred pricing on qualifying SMART interactive whiteboard products. It runs January 1 to December 31, 2011 and offers members lower prices (shipping-included), on a range of products, including the new 800-series interactive whiteboards and the SMART Table Interactive Learning Center.
