The ERAC/ SOCAN Licensing Agreement

Under the ERAC/SOCAN agreement schools will not be required to purchase annual "public performance of music" licences or acquire single-event licences for most individual events that are not covered under the Copyright Act "educational purposes" exemption. The Newest Version of "All The Right Type 3 Plus"

Under this agreement with Ingenuity Works, ERAC member districts can access ATRT 3 Plus for use in schools at no cost! Teachers may also install the newly released minor updated version of All The Right Type 3 on their personal computers. The updated Student Home Use version is available at a discounted price.
